Bankers Team Building Activity

Team Building activities can develop strong interpersonal relationships which help to bond the team closer and help people understand the importance of working together.
Considering that Bankers’ most important assets are our Employees, we organized a team building activity following our contribution for the World Environment Day.
Bankers’ employees from different departments gathered in a full immersion event in one of the nicest resorts of the area, filled with different games that required shared commitment to common purpose, communication, defined roles and responsibilities, accountability and most of all having fun.
Everyone was a winner despite the delivered prizes.
